Quick response, quick diagnosis pretty accurate but I fixed the dratted beast rather than replace the recommended part. It works (though grudgingly at times) for now and a several hundred dollar repair or $1k+ replacement has been postponed.

I needed a printer urgently and couldn’t wait more than a day. When he couldn’t find the one he recommended on-line that could be delivered the next day, he actually went to Office Depot and found a way to get the recommended printer to my house the next morning. As soon as it arrived he came to my house and hooked it up. I can’t remember when I’ve ever had such incredible and personalized service. He is truly the best!
